WW Construction & Roofing provides commercial roofing and the related building services that keep water out of a commercial building, from the roof surface down to the walls, joints and transitions around it. Hands-On Roof Coating Experience
WW brings approximately 25 years of hands-on roof coating experience to every commercial roof we evaluate. That experience matters most before any product goes down: knowing whether a roof is actually a good candidate for a coating system.
A coating applied over a saturated, failing or poorly prepared roof won't perform. WW uses what it has learned on the roof to evaluate the existing conditions and recommend the approach that fits the building.

When the existing roof is sound and a coating system can protect it.

When problem areas can be corrected and the roof restored rather than replaced.

When the issues are localized and targeted repairs are the right fix.

One Contractor for the Building
Roof leaks and water intrusion don't always start at the roof. Water that shows up on a ceiling can enter at a wall, a failed sealant joint or a transition several feet away from where it appears.
WW can evaluate the full path water may be taking, so commercial customers don't have to coordinate several contractors to investigate one problem:

Commercial Crews & Commercial Capability
WW maintains its own employee-based commercial roofing crews. Commercial customers work with a contractor whose own people perform the commercial roofing work.
Commercial buildings bring their own demands: occupied spaces, rooftop equipment, drainage systems, access and safety requirements, and schedules built around tenants and operations. WW's commercial crews are focused on that kind of work.

WW starts by evaluating and documenting existing conditions before recommending any work. The recommendation follows the findings, not the other way around.
EVALUATE
Inspect the roof and the building-envelope components around it.
DOCUMENT
Photograph and document existing conditions.
RECOMMEND
Explain the findings and recommend the approach that fits the conditions.
PROTECT
Perform necessary repairs and help maintain the roof and building envelope going forward.
If the roof doesn't need replacement, we'll say so.
Replacement isn't the default answer. When repairs, maintenance or restoration will do the job, that's what WW recommends.
If coating or spray foam isn't right, we won't push it.
When a coating system or spray foam isn't appropriate for the building, WW recommends the repair or roofing approach that fits the conditions instead.
